How to reactivate users

Admins can reactivate any Tettra user that has not been deleted in Slack through their account's settings.


Step 1. Team settings

To access the Team members page, click your team's name to toggle the dropdown menu. Select Team settings.

Step 2. Deactivated tab

On the Team members page, go to the Deactivated tab and click the dropdown menu next to the selected user. Click Reactivate.


 Only Admins can reactivate users. If you don't see the dropdown menu, then reach out to your Tettra administrator for the proper privileges.

The reactivated user will now show up in your Active user list and will count toward your billing for total number of users.
