Troubleshooting pages that aren't loading
There may be times when you're trying to access a page, but you're unable to because it isn't loading.
Step 1: Check your browser
Occasionally, your browser settings or extensions might be at fault for your Tettra pages that aren't loading. Try opening the Tettra page in a different browser or an incognito window to see if this is the case.
Step 2: Update your browser
Your browser may be out of date with the latest version and is causing your page now to load. Check your browser for the latest version and update it if necessary. If that doesn't resolve the issue, please reach out to us at Team@Tettra.co.
Step 3: Check moved or deleted pages
404 errors typically occur when a page has been moved or deleted. Please reach out to us if this happens so we can figure out whether or not this is an indexing issue. If you receive a different error message, follow the directions or reach out to us if you're unsure what to do.
Step 4: Review page permissions
You will not be able to view a personal draft if it hasn't been shared with you or a page if it belongs to a private category that you don't have access to.
Step 5: Talk to support
As always, we're here to help! Feel free to reach out to our support team if you can't figure out the issue. Just let us know if you've tried any of the above, and we can pick up right where you left off.
When messaging Tettra support, please send the following information:
