How to archive, restore, and permanently delete a page
Tettra allows you to archive, restore, and permanently delete a page through the list view and from within the page.
Archived pages are still viewable if a user clicks the direct link to the page, but they are removed from basic search, content suggestions, and the sidebar navigation.
Step 1. Click the kebab menu (three dots) that corresponds to the page in any page list view and select Archive.
Alternatively, navigate to a page and click the kebab menu on the upper right side. Select Archive.
Step 2. Either way, a message will appear in the upper right of the screen once you hit Archive. You'll have the option to Restore or Delete permanently.
Permanently deleting a page cannot be undone.
You can also visit the list of Archived pages by clicking your account name on the upper left side of the screen.
This opens the Archived content view.
To Restore or Delete an archived page, click the kebab menu (three dots) that corresponds to the archived page and choose your preferred action.
You can also Search archived content!
