If the answer to your teammate's question can be found on an existing Tettra page, you can reply to their question with an internal page link.
Step 1. Navigate to the question from your notifications or by clicking on the question in the Questions & Answers section.
Step 2. Click in the comment field and on the Attach button and choose Page or link to search your knowledge bases's existing content.
Pro tip: You can also use the interlink shortcut to link to an existing page or question. Press the + character, then search for the title of your page or question. Use your cursor to select it or arrow keys + [Enter].
Either method will create an internal link where your teammates can find the answer.
Once you're done, click Reply. If you are an Admin, Editor, or Contributor, you also have the option to click Reply and mark as answer.
