No. Tettra's AI is off by default and has to be enabled by an admin to start running on your knowledge base.
We do not send all your data to OpenAI when you turn AI features on. Only content relevant to the task being completed is sent when you initiate it such as:
Kai will only turn up results for you that you have permissions to view. If a category is private only to you, you'll receive answers from it but other team members will not. It will also not turn up Archived content.
Additionally, users with an admin or editor role can define a list of categories to be excluded from Kai's indexing.
