About AI Features in Tettra
Tettra's AI features are only available on our Scaling and Professional plans. Learn how to turn on AI in our article Enabling Tettra's AI Features.
Tettra's AI Bot is named Kai, for Knowledge AI. You'll find it in three places for now:
1. In Slack, answering questions as they're asked:

2. At the bottom of each Tettra page:
The Tags and Questions on each Tettra page are AI-generated.

In the Tettra web app, when you ask a question, Kai will offer to answer it for you.

About Security
We use a 3rd party API from OpenAI to do the question-answering. We only send relevant content to answer a question when it’s being asked. They don’t use the data we send them for any training, so it remains private to your team.
Does Kai work with other languages?
Yes! You can ask questions in other languages and get answers from pages in other languages - even in non-Latin alphabets.
What if answers can't be found?
If Kai can't find the answer to a question you ask, you will have the opportunity to ask a team member to answer your question instead.
