How to respond to a page request

When assigned a page request, you can respond to it in two ways: creating a new page or linking to an existing page. 


Create a new page

Step 1. Click Content suggestions on the left sidebar.

 Step 2. On the Content suggestions tab, identify the request you want to respond to and click Create page to launch a new draft.

 Step 3. The new draft will carry over the page title from the original request. Once you're done adding the content, click Publish page.

 Comments can also be left on page requests for discussions and clarifications.

Use an existing page

Step 1. Click Content suggestions on the left sidebar.

Step 2. On the Content suggestions tab, click the page request name.

Step 3. Click Complete and select with an existing page.

Step 4. In the pop-up that will appear, choose which page answers the request and click Select page.

Once you have chosen an existing page, it will automatically be linked from the detail view, and the request will be closed.
