How to request a page update

When you stumble upon out-of-date Tettra content, you can request for update immediately or at a later time.

Step 1. Scroll down to the bottom of a page and click Request an update.

Step 2. In the Request an update pop-up, write What should be updated, assign a teammate to update the page, and select when the page should be updated. Hit Create request.

Scheduling update suggestions helps you keep tabs on your documentation over time. If you know a certain document may be subject to change or may go out of date (for example, the company holidays at the end of the year), schedule a page update to remind yourself or a teammate to check it in the future.

Once you submit the request, it will automatically be added to the Page requests list under Content suggestions.

Similarly, it will appear in the comment section at the bottom of the page.

Like other page request types, the assigned team member and the person who requested the update will get notifications in Slack or email on any activity or changes on the suggestion. This depends on their notification preferences.
