How to update your team's billing email, billing address, and payment method

You can update your team's payment method and billing email address all on one page.


Only a user with Billing Permissions can update the billing settings.


Step 1. Billing Settings

  1. Click your team's name in the top left of Tettra.
  2. Choose Team settings.
  3. Click Billing.
  4. Click the button Change or view billing details.

If you don't have a card on file, you'll need to add one first. Learn more about the Billing Admin role.


Step 2. Add/edit

From this portal, you can:

  1. add/edit payment methods,
  2. change your plan, 
  3. edit your contact info, 
  4. and view your past invoices.
