How to update your subscription plan or billing cycle

You can update your team's payment method and billing email address all on one page.


Only a user with Billing Permissions can update the billing settings.


Step 1. Billing Settings

  1. Click your team's name in the top left of Tettra and choose Team settings.
  2. Click Billing.
  3. Click the button Manage plan.

If you don't have a card on file, you'll need to add one first. 


Step 2. Update plan

First, click the Update plan button:

Step 3. Choose plan type

1. Choose between monthly or annual plans - our annual plan offers a 20% discount!

2. Choose our Basic plan or our Scaling plan - view features on our Pricing page.

3. Note your subtotal is calculated. Any credit on your account from previous payments will be applied to this prcie.
