How to update your subscription plan or billing cycle
If you are subscribed to one of our standard subscription plans, you can update your plan and billing cycle.
Only a user with Billing Permissions can update the billing settings.
Step 1. Billing Settings
- Click your team's name in the top left of Tettra.
- Choose Team settings.
- Click Billing.
- Click the button Change or view billing details.

If you don't have a card on file, you'll need to add one first. Learn more about the Billing Admin role.
Step 2. Add/edit
From this portal, you can:
- add/edit payment methods,
- change your plan,
- edit your contact info,
- and view your past invoices.
