How to update your subscription plan or billing cycle
If you are subscribed to one of our standard subscription plans, you can update your plan and billing cycle.
Only the Billing Admin can perform this action.
Step 1. Go to your Tettra account and click your team's name to access the dropdown menu. Click Billing.
Step 2. On the Billing page, click change right next to Plan to change your subscription.
Step 3. Choose your desired plan and billing frequency then click Save Plan.
