How to cancel your subscription

Overview

You can cancel your team's subscription from your Billing settings. If you have any questions or need help, send us a note at team@tettra.co.

Only billing Admins can cancel a subscription.

Process

Step 1. Go to your account and click your team's name to access the dropdown menu. Click Billing.

Step 2. Click "Change or view billing details".

If you don't have a card on file, you'll need to add one first. Learn more about the Billing Admin role.

Step 3. From this portal, you can add/edit payment methods, edit your contact info, change your plan, and view your past invoices.
