How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your team's subscription from your Billing settings. If you have any questions or need help, send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only billing Admins can cancel a subscription.
Step 1. Go to your account and click your team's name to access the dropdown menu. Click Billing.
Step 2. Click "Change or view billing details".
If you don't have a card on file, you'll need to add one first. Learn more about the Billing Admin role.
Step 3. From this portal, you can add/edit payment methods, edit your contact info, change your plan, and view your past invoices.
