How to update your team's billing email and payment method


You can update your team's payment method and billing email address all on one page.

Only the billing Admin can update the billing settings.


Step 1. Go to your account and click your team's name to access the dropdown menu. Click Billing.

Step 2. If you have a card on file, click Update to change your payment method. Meanwhile, if you want to change the billing email address, click change next to Billing email.

If you don't have a card on file, you'll need to add one first. Learn more about the Billing Admin role.
