Troubleshooting Google Authorization Error
When you first create a team or log in to a Tettra account with Google, you might run into a Google Authorization Error:
This issue can be resolved by an admin in your Google Workspace.
Step 1. Google Admin
Go to Google Admin and click the menu icon to see the dropdown.
Select Security and then API controls.
Step 2. API Controls
In the API controls page, click MANAGE GOOGLE SERVICES.
Step 3. Set permissions
Once redirected to the App Access Control page, make sure that the permissions for Admin and Drive are set to Unrestricted.
