Troubleshooting Google Authorization error


When you first create a team or log in to a Tettra account with Google, you might run into a Google Authorization Error

How to fix it

This issue can be resolved by an admin in your Google Workspace.

Step 1. Go to Google Admin and click the menu icon to see the dropdown.

Select Security and then API controls.

Step 2. In the API controls page, click MANAGE GOOGLE SERVICES.

Step 3. Once redirected to the App Access Control page, make sure that the permissions for Admin and Drive are set to Unrestricted.
