Login Security
A Tettra login is for one user, and is limited to 2 devices, as per our Terms of Service. If you try to log in from a third device, you'll be asked to log out another of the devices.
This prevents multiple users from sharing one account and so helps us maintain accurate usage logs for account security and billing. When each user has their own account, Tettra features like verification and appreciation work correctly, and you prevent data loss by maintaining the ability to remove users who have left the company.
If you have run into a login error related to device, invite each person on your team to create a user account. Here's how to invite new users. Alternatively, if they previously had logins, you can reactivate them like this.
