After enabling the Slack integration and selecting Slack channels for the integration, you're now ready to get instant automatic answers from Kai in Slack.

Kai looks for questions in your chosen Slack channels and provides potential answers. If the asker confirms the response, the Q&A pair is saved to Tettra, and a threaded message with a link to the detailed answer is posted.
In your selected Slack channel, type in a question as a new thread, and post it.
Be sure to add a question mark (?) symbol, as that symbol is what cues Kai to answer.
After you post the question to the channel, an answer from Kai will appear, only visible to you.
When you click Accept answer, Kai will answer in a thread.
You and your team can then further discuss the answer in Slack or in Tettra.
