About the Recent Activity Page
Your Recent activity page is the first thing you'll see when you log into Tettra. This page acts as a hub for your entire team.
You can use it to view your recent activity, recently viewed pages, todo items, pinned pages, and an overview of your account.
My todo items
As you begin using your account, you'll notice that the section My todo items will start populating with tasks.
These items include non-published drafts and assigned page requests. Their total number is shown next to My todo items.
To delete a draft without leaving the Recent activity page, hover over the draft and click the discard icon.
Team bulletin board
You can pin important pages to your Team bulletin board so your teammates can easily access them. To learn more, see our article about How to pin pages to the bulletin board.
All your most recent account activity is listed in the body of the Recent activity page. You'll be able to see the most recently updated/created pages and drafts, the timestamp, and who performed the action. You'll also see your teammates' reactions and comments.
The types of events that are shown in the Recent activity feed are:
- newly created pages
- updated pages
- opened page requests
- closed page requests
- question asked
- question answered
- external doc added
- comments on a page, page request, and question
- reactions on pages
Each type of activity is capped to only the ten most recent actions. Page creation/updates are considered as one type of activity.
You can find the pages you have most recently viewed to the right of the Recent activity feed.
