About the billing admin role


The first user that adds a credit card to your Tettra account will automatically become a billing admin. 


Billing admins can update your billing information, but they don't have access to other Admin features. 

If you want to grant your billing admin to all admin features, they will need to be invited or set as a regular Admin. Check out the users and permissions overview for detailed instructions.

Change the billing email

To change the billing email, go to Team Settings / Billing and change the billing email:
