Where can I find the billing page and invoices?

You can see a list of invoices in your account. A new invoice is automatically added on the first day of the new billing period based on when you signed up.

Only billing Admins can access invoices.

Step 1. Go to your Tettra account and click your team's name to access the dropdown menu. Click Billing.

Step 2. Click "Change or view billing details".

If you don't have a card on file, you'll need to add one first. Learn more about the Billing Admin role.

Step 3. From this portal, you can add/edit payment methods, edit your contact info, change your plan, and view your past invoices.
