How to update your email, set a password, or request a password reset
If you need to update your email, create a new password for your account, or reset your password, you can do so in a few simple steps.
Create a password or reset a forgotten password
Log out of your current Tettra session, if you're not logged out already, and go to https://app.tettra.co/password/reset. Add the email address that is connected to your account, and click Send password reset link.
Once you do that, click on the link you'll receive to set a new password.
Note: Passwords reset links expire after one hour.
View or update your email address
Step 1. Click on your name at the top right, and then select My settings.
Step 2. Under Email address you'll see your current email address which is used for logging in and to send you notifications.
If you initially created your account by connecting Slack, Tettra will use the email address associated with your Slack account.
